Initial Consult + Massage
- 90 Minutes - $150
- For our first visit, I want to get a thorough understanding of your history with TMJ dysfunction – symptoms, triggers, habits, past and current treatments, and goals! I will then perform a short physical assessment to evaluate your muscle imbalances, bite, swallowing pattern, etc. Then, I like to put you in a meditative state to prepare you for bodywork with a FREE vibroacoustic therapy demo. The rest of your appointment will be used for gentle massage techniques - craniosacral fascial therapy, Swedish massage, buccal massage, and intraoral release. You will leave the appointment feeling relaxed and refreshed, along with some homecare exercises and a cork massage ball to maintain relief on-the-go!
Follow-Up Appointments
- 90 Minutes - $150
- 90 minutes of full body massage with further focus on the head, neck, shoulders, and back – perfect for those whose TMJD is exacerbated by anxiety or stress.
- 60 Minutes - $115
- Full body or half body massage with a focus on head, neck, shoulders, back – great for those who want focused work in a concentrated area or regular maintenance.
- 30 Minutes - $60
- 30 minutes of massage focused on TMJD – recommended for acute flare-ups or regular maintenance.
